3. Information clause ARP SAThe Pomerania Development Agency SA (ARP SA) informs that the processing of personal data of the participants of the “Aviation Hub Conference” is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of ARP SA available on the ARP SA website (link: https://www.arp.gda.pl/1509,polityka-prywatnosci) whereas, in particular,:
a) the administrator of personal data of webinar participants is the Pomerania Development Agency, with its Registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Grunwaldzka 472, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator;
b) The Administrator has appointed a personal data inspector who can be contacted by e-mail: rodo@arp.gda.pl;
c) The Administrator may transfer the collected personal data (including in the form of an image) to other entities free of charge in the form of the right to use the image under the terms specified in this agreement, in the field of popularization of organized activities;
d) The grounds for the processing of personal data is art. 6 (1), pts. a and f of the General Data Protection Regulation;
e) The authorizing officer has the right to: request the controller to provide access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data, object to such processing, transfer data, lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, withdraw the consent to process personal data;
f) personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling;
g) personal data are not and will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area;
h) personal data will be stored for the period from the date of consent to the date of removal from ARP SA digital media devices on the initiative of the Administrator (consent is granted indefinitely).
